Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Your physician appointment, procedure or treatment has been scheduled for a very specific time. If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours ahead of time. If we are given less than 24 hours notice of a change or cancellation for an appointment we charge a $100 cancellation fee.
